Not actual footage of hotel as design is currently being developed.  It will encompass this theming.

All guest rooms will be suites.  While different size suites will be offered, even the basic suite will be as glamorous as the larger rooms.  Guests will see and feel the difference in every detail of the room from the sheets to the robes.  Guests may not want to leave their rooms, but the hotel will have so much more to offer.
